Easy Chicken Fritters

All the grandkids wanted seconds—and Grandpa ate three! These crispy and flavorful chicken fritters are the ultimate comfort food. Perfect as an appetizer, snack, or even a main meal, they’re quick to make and pair wonderfully with your favorite dipping sauces.


Ingredients

  • 25 oz leftover shredded chicken or canned chicken, drained

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 medium egg

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

  • ⅓ teaspoon dried thyme

  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Olive oil or vegetable oil (enough to coat the skillet)
