Easter Jello Cookies

Divide the cookie dough evenly into four portions.
Mix one flavor of Jell-O powder into each portion, kneading until the color is fully incorporated.
Tip: For more vibrant cookies, add a few drops of food coloring to intensify the colors.
5. Shape and Roll the Cookies
Roll each portion of dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Roll each ball in granulated sugar for a sparkly finish.
Place on the prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
Tip: Rolling the dough in sugar gives the cookies a slightly crisp exterior while keeping the inside soft.
