Method
Preheat & Prepare
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Mix Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the blended cottage cheese, mashed bananas, eggs, and honey until smooth and well combined.
Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Bring It Together
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Stir gently just until combined—avoid overmixing to keep the bread soft.
Bake
