For the Crust
200g digestive biscuits (about 1½ cups, crushed finely)
100g (7 tbsp) unsalted butter, melted
For the Lemon Filling
1 can (397g) sweetened condensed milk
½ cup (120ml) fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
For the Topping
1 cup (240ml) whipped cream (sweetened to taste)
2 tbsp crushed chocolate pieces or extra lemon zest for garnish

🥣 Make the Crust
Combine crushed digestive biscuits with melted butter in a bowl until the crumbs are evenly coated.
Press the mixture firmly into the base and up the sides of a 9-inch tart pan.
Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to set.
