INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
2 pieces garlic
1 can diced sugar-free tomatoes
1 can sugar-free tomato paste
Two tbsp. chili powder
One tsp. cumin
One tsp. Paprika
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
1 cup beef broth
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt & pepper
½ cup green bell pepper
½ cup zucchini
¼ cup fresh cilantro
