Flatbreads are known all over the world in all shapes and sizes. There’s hardly a culture that doesn’t have its own version of a particular type of flatbread. And for good reason: they’re easy to make (no oven required), and best of all — they’re super delicious! This Turkish milk bread is enriched with dry yeast, which gives it more flavor than traditional flatbread. The addition of milk makes the dough softer after baking. Enjoy it with hummus or soak up the sauce of a spicy curry. This flatbread is the perfect alternative to regular bread!
