Instructions
1. Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
After boiling the sweet potatoes until tender, allow them to cool slightly. Then, mash them in a large mixing bowl until smooth.

2. Mix the Ingredients
To the mashed sweet potatoes, add bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onions, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

3. Form the Cakes
Using your hands, shape the sweet potato mixture into small patties (about the size of a golf ball) and flatten slightly to form cakes. If the mixture is too sticky, you can dust your hands with a bit of flour.

4. Preheat the Air Fryer
