Soft Apple Cake

3 eggs

120 g of sugar

100 ml of vegetable oil

1 plain yogurt (110 g)

1 sachet of baking powder (7 g)

1 sachet of vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp of vanilla extract)

200 g of flour

A pinch of salt

Optional glaze for the top: 1 tbsp apricot jam + 1 tbsp water
