Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms until softened. Set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add sautéed vegetables and ½ cup shredded provolone cheese. Mix well.
