1 big beaten egg
2. tablespoons of ketchup
one tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
Dried parsley leaves, 1 teaspoon
3 and 3/4 teaspoons ofsalt
0.5 teaspoons of garlic powder
ground black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon
Regarding the Crown:
ketchup, 1/4 cup
light brown sugar, 2 tablespoons, sealed
Red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon
Instructions
Get the oven hot, about 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine the meat, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a big bowl.
Combine all of the ingredients by mushing and mixing them with your hands.*
Position the meat mixture in a loaf pan. Evenly distribute the meat by patting it down.
In a little dish, combine 1/4 cup of ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar. Mix thoroughly. Spread the sauce evenly over the meatloaf and pour it on top.
