Mango Mousse Cake

Assembling the Cake: Place the cooled cake layer in a springform pan. Pour the mango mousse on top of the cake and smooth it evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
For the Mango Glaze: Dissolve the gelatin in water and let it sit for 5 minutes. Warm the mango puree and sugar in a saucepan, and stir in the gelatin. Allow to cool slightly before pouring it gently over the set mango mousse. Return the cake to the fridge for an additional hour before serving.
