Homemade ginger drinks – warming and refreshing
Ginger is a real superfood – it has anti-inflammatory effects, soothes sore throats, strengthens immunity, improves digestion and adds energy. These two drinks are not only healthy, but also exceptionally tasty and easy to prepare – perfect for any season.
Ingredients (for 1 liter of drink):
1 liter of water (preferably filtered)
a piece of fresh ginger (approx. 5 cm)
juice from 1 freshly squeezed lemon
2 tablespoons of natural honey (optionally, you can use maple or date syrup)
1. Ginger infusion – warming and soothing.
Perfect for autumn and winter evenings, for colds, sore throats or as a natural immunity booster.
