✔ 60g (2 oz) almonds – healthy fats & crunch
✔ 30g (1 oz) peanuts – adds extra protein
✔ 20g (0.7 oz) pumpkin seeds – rich in minerals
✔ 15g (0.5 oz) sesame seeds – nutrient boost
✔ 15ml honey – a natural sweetener & binder
✔ 130g (4.6 oz) dark chocolate (sugar-free) – for a rich chocolate flavor
✔ 20ml olive oil – for moisture & a smooth texture

🥄 How to Make These Healthy Cookies:
1️⃣ Soften the Dates

Soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain and blend them into a smooth paste.
2️⃣ Chop the Nuts & Seeds

Roughly chop the almonds, peanuts, and pumpkin seeds for a crunchy texture.
3️⃣ Mix Everything Together

In a bowl, combine the oats, sesame seeds, cranberries, chopped nuts, and date paste.
