HEALTHY cookie in 5 minutes (three ingredients)
1.Grease an 18cm (7 inches) round baking dish and line it with buttered baking paper.
2.Chop the dark chocolate finely.
3.Heat coconut milk in a saucepan until boiling, then add chopped chocolate. Stir for about 2 minutes until smooth.
4.Mix in rolled oats until well combined.
