Ground Beef Hash Brown Casserole

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Drain excess grease.
Stir in soup and sour cream, mix until creamy and well combined.
In a large bowl, mix hash browns, 1½ cups cheese, and the beef mixture together.
Pour everything into a greased 9×13” baking dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and the top is golden.
Optional: Sprinkle chopped green onions or parsley before serving.
🔄 Variations:
Add cooked bacon or diced bell peppers for more flavor.
Use cream of chicken soup for a lighter flavor.
Sub in tater tots if you want that classic diner vibe.
Let me know if you want a breakfast-style version with eggs or a spicy Tex-Mex twist!
