What You’ll Need (Ingredients):

5–6 fresh garlic cloves

A handful of fresh rosemary (or 2 tablespoons dried rosemary)

½ cup olive oil (or coconut oil)

A small glass jar with a lid

 

How to Make It (Instructions):

1️⃣ Prepare the garlic: Peel the garlic cloves and gently crush them using the back of a spoon or a knife — just enough to release their natural oils.

2️⃣ Combine with rosemary: Place the crushed garlic and rosemary into the glass jar.

3️⃣ Add the oil: Pour in the olive or coconut oil until the ingredients are fully submerged.

4️⃣ Infuse: Seal the jar tightly and let it sit in a cool, dark place for 1–2 weeks. Shake it gently every couple of days to help the infusion process.

5️⃣ Strain and store: After 1–2 weeks, strain the oil to remove the solids. Keep the infused oil in a clean jar or bottle, stored in a cool place.
