Instructions
Cook the Filling Sauté apples with butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a skillet until soft and golden. Let cool.

Fry Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry pies 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Drain on paper towels and dust with sugar or cinnamon sugar while warm.
