Step 1: Prep the Veggies

  2. Peel and thinly slice the onions.

Step 2: Par-Cook the Potatoes (Optional but Recommended)

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to boil.
  2. Boil potato cubes for 5 minutes to soften slightly.

Step 3: Fry the Potatoes
