Make the Dressing
In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, dill, garlic powder, and pepper until smooth.
Combine & Chill
Add drained cucumbers and onions to the dressing. Stir to coat evenly. Taste and adjust salt if needed.
Chill & Serve
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy cold!
