2 sheets Puff pastry
1 pound Ground beef
1 cup Cheese (such as mozzarella, cheddar, or preferred melting cheese)
1 Onion, diced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
Seasonings (salt, pepper, paprika, etc.)
1 Egg (for egg wash)

Directions
Preheat the oven as per puff pastry package instructions.
Cook ground beef with onions, garlic, and seasonings until browned; set aside.
Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut into squares or rectangles.
Spoon beef mixture onto pastry squares, top with cheese and fold over.
Crimp the edges with a fork to seal the pockets.
Brush with egg wash and bake until golden and bubbly.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
