1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies (e.g., Rotel)
1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
2 cups beef broth
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
